Our History
Arkhon product development began in 2020. Initially developed in material planning, Arkhon was supplemented with production and demand planning modules in 2022.
Arkhon was launched after detailed and comprehensive testing and development. Since then, Arkhon was installed in companies across numerous sectors and countries, including defense, automotive, fast-moving consumer goods, food, and durable goods.
Arkhon's greatest pride: That all users continue to use Arkhon without considering any other product.
Software Architecture
Arkhon's software core architecture is divided into three parts:

Database: SQL Server is used and can be easily integrated with the company's ERP system if desired.
Security
Arkhon prioritizes the company's data security. It is installed on the program server and user computers (On-Premise).

Data Entry
Arkhon uses SQL Server for rule-based access to the company's critical data. This data can also be integrated with ERP if preferred.
On the other hand, since the user is provided (limited and) controlled authorization, data corruption and unintentional changes are prevented to a significant extent.
Security and Flexibility
If desired, the database can be placed on the customer's server or on a designated location within the cloud network they use. This ensures the process is positioned within the security framework required by the company.
User Interface
In today's work environment, Arkhon was written on the spreadsheet programs called Excel, considering the ones most used by people who manage planning processes.
Spreadsheets, including Excel and many other alternatives, can actually be considered programming languages in their own right. The formulas, conditional formatting, filters, and many other features entered by the user in these spreadsheet programs can also be used with Arkhon.
Ease of Sharing
Another advantage of the program is that after the relevant calculations are completed, they can be saved like a regular spreadsheet and shared with other people within the company who do not have an Arkhon license, so that the results can be reviewed together.
Computing Engines
Arkhon is written in C# on the latest .NET environment. Arkhon maximizes computer and server resources thanks to the powerful software environment provided by .NET and additional libraries that enable detailed calculations.
Speed-Oriented
The user does not wait for Arkhon, whereas Arkhon quickly completes the calculations that will support their decision-making processes, allowing them to focus on their core business.
User Experience
The person responsible for planning processes accesses Arkhon via Excel. The program sets up ribbons on Excel according to the selected planning profile. These ribbons access the database, allowing for data entry, updating, and deletion.
In order to ensure ease of use, access to the database is restricted with [INSERT, EDIT, DELETE] commands, allowing for easy management.
Data Protection
Since the user cannot communicate with the database without using these commands, it is not possible to accidentally delete or change them; it does not affect the database.
